Beginning therapy, whether you are going for the first time, or are restarting a process can feel difficult and even lonely. There is a never a "bad" time to take that first step, and finding the right therapist can help you make that long lasting change that you deserve. By building a relationship centered on safety, authenticity, and collaboration, I help to foster an environment where you can begin to explore, heal, and grow.
My approach to psychotherapy is focused on finding a treatment that is tailored to your needs and not "one-size fits all." Together, we explore your history and present dynamics, in order to gain useful insights about the root cause of any struggle you may be facing. We then develop skills that can help you to make daily changes in your life and identify methods to prevent you from falling into similar patterns in the future.
By combining multiple theories and techniques, I offer you an integrative approach drawn from my extensive training. I specialize in depression and anxiety; self-esteem; family dynamics; parenting skills and concerns; early childhood traumas; relationships; interpersonal struggles and adjustment difficulties. I have trained in a wide array of settings which include private practices, hospitals, daycare shelters, counseling centers, and clinics.
My mission is to provide you with the highest quality care centered around your needs.
I look forward to beginning with you.
